A New Leadership Role: Head of Professional Development at Black Tech Initiative
One of my most exciting ventures in 2025 is stepping into the role of Head of Professional Development for the Black Tech Initiative (BTI). This groundbreaking organization is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry. Rooted in impact, community, and culture, BTI amplifies Black voices while creating pathways to success in one of today’s most dynamic fields.
As part of my role, I’ll be curating innovative programming for Charlotte and Raleigh, NC, equipping participants with practical skills and real-world experiences to excel in tech. It’s an honor to contribute to BTI’s mission of driving diversity and innovation, and I can’t wait to share more about this impactful work.
